FIELD: multi-layer vibronoise damping composite structures.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to multi-layer vibronoise damping composite structures (MVCS) that are used in manufacturing of body elements of technological equipment, electric power installation, transportation vehicles, ventilation, heating and conditioning systems that are characterized by the improved acoustic parameters (that provide decrease in the structural noise production made by bending vibrating light-gage structures of this type referring to the vibrating and noiseful body elements). The multi-layer vibronoise damping composite structure contains load-bearing light-gage panel and at least one reinforced vibronoise gasket installed on its surface and consisting of a viscoelastic layer, a reinforcing layer, an adhesive intermediate layer, and an adhesive erecting layer. The distinctive peculiarity of the MVCS is the fact that the reinforcing layer at one side of the gasket exceeds the overall dimensions of the viscoelastic layer thus forming the end non-damped part that does not touch the surface of the viscoelastic layer and comprises at least 30 % of the back surface of the vibronoise damping gasket with the help of which it is fixed on the surface of the load-bearing light-gage panel using the adhesive intermediate layer. Different variants of the design and technology referring to the suggested technical decision have been regarded.

EFFECT: improvement of the vibronoise parameters with simultaneous weight reduction.
