FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sandwich vibration-and-sound-damped composite structures. Proposed structure comprises thin-sheet panel, at least one reinforced vibration-and-sound-damped layer arranged thereon and composed of viscoelastic layer, reinforcing layer, adhesive intermediate layer and adhesive fixing layer. Reinforcing layer on one side of vibration-and-sound-damped layer extends beyond viscoelastic layer to make end undamped section not jointed with the surface of viscoelastic layer. Rear surface of vibration-and-sound-proofed layer is fixed on the surface of bearing thin-sheet panel. Viscoelastic layer of reinforced layer is made up of isolated narrow viscoelastic liners spaced apart to make appropriate air gaps. Rear surface of end undamped section of reinforced layer may be fixed on the surface of bearing thin-sheet panel by adhesive or weld seam.
EFFECT: improved damping properties.
