FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to construction, in particular, to method for constructing building addition. Bearing vertical supports are built with the height at least equal to the height of the original building, furthermore, the supports are built on the exterior of the original building along its longitudinal exterior walls. After the bearing supports are built, a multi-layer carcass is constructed on their heads layer-by-layer. Each carcass layer is made from exterior and interior truss walls with parallel girths where the distance between them is equal to the addition floor corresponding to the said layer. Exterior truss walls are positioned along the axes of exterior addition walls, while interior truss walls are positioned along the axes of interior bearing longitudinal walls and along the central longitudinal axis of the building. All truss walls are assembled from tightly fixed modules. After building the addition carcass intermediate floor is installed on each layers at the level of lower girth of truss walls of the installed carcass layer. All intermediate floors are composite.
EFFECT: improved bearing frame of the addition, high torsional stiffness.
