FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for vertical extension of residential and public buildings with additional floors, including the ground one. Technical result is achieved by that "METHOD OF RECONSTRUCTION AND VERTICAL EXTENSION OF BUILDINGS” includes removal of the roof, reinforcement of the foundation of the vertically extended building by performing an additional foundation. Then outside the external walls of the building a metal frame is mounted provided with vertical columns, throughout the height of the building with a gap relative to the building walls. Vertical columns of the metal frame are equipped with transverse flat single-span frames, which are connected to beams of the transverse frames with hinges. Then additional floors with enclosing structures from prefabricated steel panels are constructed, provided with heat, moisture and sound isolating materials. In its turn the roof above the last floor of the vertically extended part of the building is made as a gentle slope roof with a roll waterproof mat or a dual-slope roof with a base from metal crates with the required covering. Herewith the metal frame in the transverse direction is provided with a system of struts and posts additionally installed at the level of each floor, which is used to create an additional stability of the frame. Mounting of floors is started from the third floor and performed as a steel shaped covering used as a retained formwork and serving as an additional stiffener to ensure stability of the joists. After mounting the metal frame and the solid ceiling above the second floor a serial installation of hinged enclosing structures is performed starting from the first floor of all additional floors. Last stage involves replacement of walls and ceilings of the old part of the building with new structural elements. Also replaced is the foundation of the old part of the building with the additional inner foundation.
EFFECT: technical result includes higher reliability during the reconstruction owing to the use of a system of struts and posts additionally installed at the level of each floor, which serves to create an additional stability of the frame, as well as mounting of floors made as a steel shaped covering used as a retained formwork and serving as an additional stiffener to ensure stability of the joists, besides, higher reliability and stability of the buildings frames is achieved due to replacement of the foundation of the old part of the building with the additional inner foundation.
