SUBSTANCE: invention is directed at speeding the transformation by performing the time-code recirculation transformation based on the recirculation of start and stop impulses of the original calibrated duration corresponding to the initiation and to the end of the time interval under transformation, with an increase of the start impulse original calibrated duration by the calibrated duration of each recirculation, wherein under the invention the stop impulse of the original calibrated duration is recirculated with the recirculation duration equal to the start impulse of the calibrated duration but without changes in its duration in each recirculation until the recirculating start and stop impulses coincide. Further the number of recirculations of the stop impulse of the original calibrated duration is counted.
EFFECT: enhanced speeding transformation.
