SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment. Vernier recirculation time-code converter has a start-pulse recirculator and a stop-pulse recirculator made on an OR element, the first input of which is connected to the "stop-pulse" bus of the converter, the second input – to the output of the stop-pulse delay line, and the output – to first input of AND element, output of which is connected to input of stop pulse delay line and to count input of pulse counter, and the start-pulse recirculator comprises an OR element, the first input of which is connected to the "start-pulse" bus of the converter, the second input – to the output of the start-pulse delay line, and the output – to the first input of (m+1)-input OR element and to input of m-bypass delay line, m-outputs of which are connected to D-inputs of corresponding of m D-triggers and to corresponding inputs of (m+1)-input OR element, which output is connected to C-input of additional D-trigger and to first input of AND element, output of which is connected to input of delay line of start-pulse, and second input – to second input of AND element of stop pulse recirculator and with inverting output of additional D-trigger, D-input of which is connected to count input of pulse counter of recirculator of stop pulses, and direct output – to C-inputs of m D-triggers, R-inputs of which are connected to control input of pulse counter 5, to R-input of additional D-trigger and to "Initial setting" bus of converter, and the stop pulse recirculator stop pulse delay line has a delay time shorter than the start pulse recirculator start pulse delay line delay time for a time equal to m×τ (where τ is discrecity of conversion).
EFFECT: faster operation.
