SUBSTANCE: time-code converter of recirculation type comprises the first OR circuit, the first input of which is connected with the output of the first delay line, the second input is connected to the input of the first delay line, to the output of the first AND circuit and to the first input of the second OR circuit, the third input of the first OR circuit is connected with the output of the second AND circuit, with a C-input of a D-trigger and with a count input of a pulse counter, and the fourth and fifth inputs of the first OR circuit are connected accordingly to buses "Stop-pulse" and "Start-pulse" of the converter, and the output - via the second delay line to the count input of an RS-trigger to the first input of the first AND circuit and to the first input of the second AND circuit, second inputs of which are combined and connected with an inverse output of the D-trigger, the D-input of which is connected to the output of the second OR circuit, the second input of which is connected with the first input of the first OR circuit, and the bus "Setpoint O" of the converter is connected to the control input of the pulse counter, to the R-input of the D-trigger and to the R-input of the RS-trigger, the direct output of which is connected to the third input of the second AND circuit, and the inverse one - with the third input of the first AND circuit.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of conversion.
