SUBSTANCE: in order to manage the electric capacitor capacity the controlling electric field shall be applied to evenly detached from the capacitor armatures part of its dielectric, that is directed crosswise of the main field of the capacitor, and by changing the controlling field voltage the capacitor capacity is regulated.

EFFECT: increased area of application of electrical method for capacitor capacity control for using capacitors with any polarizing dielectric, control of absolute and not only differential capacitor capacity and increased effectiveness of controlling field effect.
