FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building and power engineering. Proposed power plant consists of steam turbine with steam extraction and condenser, condensate feed pump, one or several regenerative heaters, fuel heater and oxygen heater communicated with turbine extraction, fuel tanks, oxygen tanks and high-temperature steam generator. Fuel and oxygen tanks and regenerative condensate heater are communicated with high-temperature steam generator communicated with steam turbine and condenser. Gas exhaust device communicated with absorber is communicated with condenser. Absorber is furnished with pump to exhaust waster with dissolved CO2 by the board. Excess water discharge line is arranged downstream of condensate feed pump.
EFFECT: forty-percent increase in efficiency.
