FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial recovery of vegetable wastes, mainly, silicon-containing wastes. Proposed method consists in thermal treatment of wastes using heat of combusting fuel fed to vegetable wastes, separation of gaseous products from intermediate solid product and re-burning of intermediate product to make finished product. Note here that thermal treatment comprises pyrolysis exploiting additional heat from fuel combustion chamber walls along which mixed vegetable stock is transferred and that from other elements of the reactor heated by fuel combustion products. Proposed advice comprises fuel combustion device, vegetable stock thermal treatment unit and device to re-burn solid product. Note also that thermal treatment device is made up of pyrolysis chamber to house fuel combustion chamber and devices to transfer and mix stock arranged along combustion chamber walls. Transport appliance is connected with pyrolysis to remove intermediate product.
EFFECT: pollution-free process, possibility to produce thermal and electric power.
