SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing industry and can be used in pyrolysis complexes for fast thermal processing (destruction) of various types of household, industrial, agricultural and other carbon-containing wastes and organo-containing raw materials, using pyrolysis method - as low-temperature (from 400 °C to 550 °C) and medium temperature (from 550 °C to 850 °C) and high-temperature (from 850 °C to 1050 °C). Pyrolysis reactor is installed on a frame structure, which is a steel frame, in which there is an inlet to the pyrolysis chamber in the form of a loading bin with a built-in dosing device and a filling sensor, pyrolysis chamber with several continuous-action screw conveyors installed inside the housing, in the upper part of the pyrolysis chamber there is at least one outlet for the steam-gas mixture, in the form of double cylindrical pipes with settling blades of a coarse filter of pyrolysis gas, fixed on a rotating vertical axis, has an outlet of carbon residue from the pyrolysis chamber, which includes a rectangular hole in the bed and an intermediate hopper for unloading and cooling the carbon residue, a screw conveyor for cooling and unloading the carbon residue, a heating chamber with burners and one or more manifolds, which essentially covers the entire working chamber of the pyrolysis reactor. Working chamber of the pyrolysis reactor is equipped with moving and mixing screw devices of continuous action, which are a group of paired screws, which is made in the form of several longitudinally connected to each other double synchronized systems of screw pairs, said chutes are arranged on common bed consisting of several parallel chutes with closed tubes at ends arranged in one plane horizontally or at a certain angle to horizontal lengthwise axis of pyrolysis chamber and rising in direction of feed.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency, specific and total efficiency of the mobile module of the pyrolysis reactor without significantly increasing its dimensions and losing the quality of the process, as well as in improving the reliability, safety, repairability, simplified design, to ensure long-term non-stop operation in severe industrial conditions and increase the service life of the module before overhaul.
