FIELD: methods of production of the silicon dioxide and the heat energy from the silicon-containing vegetable wastes and the installation for burning of the fine-dispersed materials.
SUBSTANCE: the inventions are pertaining to the field of the energotechnological reprocessing of the fine-dispersed materials, mainly to the utilization of the silicon-containing vegetable wastes and may be applied for production of the silicon dioxide and the heat energy from the rice production wastes, in particular, from the rice husk. The method of production of the silicon dioxide and the heat energy from the silicon-containing vegetable wastes includes the oxidizing roasting in the continuous operational mode of the preliminary prepared feed stock in the conditions of the free lifting motion of the dense layer in the burning zone with regulation of the burning temperature, changing consumption of the water or the steam delivered into the zone of burning, and utilization of the heat of the effluent gases. Additionally the attemperation of the burning and utilization of the heat of the affluent gases exercise by heat withdrawal directly from the layer. The installation for burning of the fine-dispersion materials contains: the fitting pipe (2) for feeding of the source raw; the distributor (3) for feeding of the oxidative gas; the lighting-up device (4) arranged in succession with others in the lower part of the combustion chambers (1); the pipe duct (5) for water or steam feeding in the combustion zone (6) mounted in the combustion chamber above the lighting-up device. The installation also is supplied with: the heat exchanger (7) intended for cooling of the burning products and enveloping the combustion chamber or mounted inside it; the device for withdrawal of the target solid product; the fitting pipe (10) for withdrawal of the flue gases. The inventions allow to increase efficiency and affordability of production of the target solid product, as well as production of heat energy, and to increase the target solid product output.
EFFECT: the inventions allow to raise efficiency, affordability of production of the target solid product and to increase its output and production of heat energy.
