FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: balancing method of the first module of bladed machine, which contains the plane of support bearing on one side and attachment plane on the other side along the rotation axis in relation to the rotor containing the above module in which there determined is equivalent additional module so that both modules form the rotor equivalent to the above rotor by means of connection along the attachment plane; common imbalance of the above equivalent rotor and the corresponding correction is determined for introduction to the above module differing by the fact that it includes the following stages: concentricity error of support bearing of the first module in relation to the axis perpendicular to attachment plane is determined; theoretical geometric imbalance of the above equivalent additional module is calculated; short trunnion is installed on the first module on the side of attachment plane so that short rotor can be formed, and rotation axis of the above trunnion basically coincides with module axis; and imbalance of short rotor is measured; imbalance of the above rotor is determined by adding to the rotor imbalance the systematic imbalance corresponding to the above theoretical geometric imbalance.

EFFECT: development of the method allowing to eliminate adverse effects of attachment defects of additional modules and tools.
