FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: controlling the rotor consists of a shaft and drive shaft mounted angular contact ball bearings, fixed against axial movement of the split retaining rings. The shaft is attached to the disc on the threaded portion and has a hole on the smooth hard landing of the hole, eliminating backlash in the threaded connection. The axial position of the drive shaft in the defined landing surface formed at the junction of the threaded portion into a smooth hole portion. The controlling the rotor shaft connector in place with the disc connection installs the radial-axial bearing on the control of the rotor shaft with the possibility of mounting and dismantling for routine inspection and replacement, if necessary.
EFFECT: improved accuracy inspection balancing machines, including those designed for balancing rotors of large mass, increase the service life of the bearing surfaces of the rotor and control the machine.
