FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system includes base, carriage installed with possibility of being moved relative to the base, bellows hydraulic cylinders, pump station, free drain cavity, inlet magnetic rheological throttles and outlet magnetic rheological throttles. Carriage includes system of three mutually perpendicular stocks providing the movement of the object along the three corresponding axes and fixed in hydraulic cylinders due to bellows; hydraulic cylinders are combined into common module fixed on the foundation, and movement object rigidly attached to movable carriage by means of three rods is fixed in flexible suspension assembly located coaxially to the carriage. In addition, all inlet and outlet magnetic rheological throttles include constant magnets built into magnetic conductor, and one of walls of working gap of throttle is equipped with magnetic field intensity concentrators in the form of circumferential teeth the cavities between which are filled with non-magnetic material. In the preferable version the flexible suspension assembly of the movement object is made in the form of pneumatic cylinder with guide and sealing element in the form of elastic membrane and equipped with compressed air supply pipeline.
EFFECT: improvement of object positioning accuracy; reduction of overall dimensions and increase in the number of degrees of motion up to three.
