FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: antibacklash gear transmission includes housing (4) with grooves (3, 5), with drive (8) and driven (2) gear wheels arranged in them and provided with intermediate engagement elements in the form of rollers (7) which are located at the periphery of drive wheel and are conjugated with the groove surface. Rollers (7) have the shape of flattened cone, the height of which is more than thickness of drive gear wheel, are convex on the side of larger bases or with spherical cavities in their central part, into which balls are installed; the above balls are spring-loaded with flexible fixing member (9) the central part of which is rigidly fixed on the shaft of drive wheel.
EFFECT: invention allows eliminating backlashes in gear transmissions during service life of intermediate engagement elements, improving reliability and operational capabilities and improving the accuracy of turning angle during rotation.
