FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: burner comprises a cylindrical body and a cylindrical insert, in the cavity of which there is a fuel oil nozzle installed on the longitudinal axis as capable of heating. A primary air supply channel is arranged as concentrically embracing the fuel oil nozzle, besides, there is its swirler arranged on the output section of the primary air channel. The secondary air supply channel is made concentrically to the primary air channel. The burner is equipped with a blow fan made as capable of supplying air into channels of primary and secondary air supply, a fuel oil heater and a fuel pump made as capable of supplying fuel oil from the heater into the fuel oil nozzle. The heater is a steam heater of fuel oil installed above a steam generator, in which steam is generated in process of water boiling with electric heating elements. Besides, the primary air supply channel is connected to a furnace space by means of recirculation gas pipelines, at the same time in the primary air supply channel, in areas of its coupling with recirculation gas pipelines, there is an ejecting circular attachment installed, downstream which there are radial laminating blades arranged. The fuel oil nozzle, the channels of primary and secondary air supply are arranged in the form of a single unit made as a cylindrical insert detachably fixed between a diffuser of the air supply fan and the burner's throat. Besides, the total area of cross section of recirculation gas pipelines makes 15-20% of the area of the primary air supply channel cross section. Recirculation gas pipelines are equipped with flow controllers, for instance, gas control valves. The burner is equipped with a start-up nozzle, in which via a start-up fuel supply pipeline using gas or diesel fuel the start-up is carried out from an electric fuse. Besides, to heat the nozzle shaft, return and supply fuel oil pipelines are used. Recirculation channels in the area where they cross the secondary air supply channel are streamlined. A photoelectric cell to monitor availability and flameout is installed in the blowing fan body.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the system heating fuel oil up to working temperature, supporting the process of intensive evaporation of sprayed fuel oil at the outlet from the nozzle and stabilisation of flame aerodynamics at the outlet from the burner's outlet nozzle.
