FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: cantilever attachment of the sample is performed by means of its thickened part in the holder of samples of vibration test rig. Sample is dynamically loaded. The specified number of loading cycles is maintained in the specified loading conditions and test results are evaluated as per the change of natural oscillation frequency corresponding to the specified level of mechanical stresses. Prior to dynamic loading there additionally applied in dynamic load action plane is static bending load. As static load there used is concentrated load causing the sample deformations in the area of elastic stresses by applying it at distance li=(0.1-1.0)lP from the beginning of working part of the sample on the thickening side, where lp - length of working part of the sample from the beginning of fillet to the sample end.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of the method owing to providing the tests of samples at additional loading with bending load simulating the load in operating conditions.
