SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a mobile concentrating plant and a method for milk concentration and may be used in dairy industry. The mobile concentrating plant 100 comprises a transport facility, an accumulating tank 116, 118, a system 106 of reverse osmosis filtration, a section of PO supply, a discharge system 108, a power supply system 112, a driving mechanism 114, a system of concentration level control. The system 106 comprises valve systems for product/water/CIP treatment and high-pressure pump equipment, providing for milk receipt and supply under pressure via the plant. The system of concentration level control comprises a control valve, which controls a flow of concentrate to achieve the constant working pressure with provision of plant control. Prior to concentration, raw milk is loaded in each point of milk collection into the accumulating tank 116, then milk is taken from the accumulating tank and is supplied to the specified concentrating plant. Milk concentration is carried out with provision of water removal from milk with the help of the reverse osmosis filtration system 106 in combination with the system of concentration level control, as a result the specified plant operates under pressure. Separated water or permeate may be stored in tanks 134, 136 or be drained via an outlet hole 138. The produced concentrated milk is delivered to a processing plant or is reloaded into heavy-load vehicles, which deliver it to a processing plant.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for the possibility to concentrate milk, until a vehicle is motionless and/or is under milk loading or unloading or moves, possibility to stock and transport raw product for treatment, possibility of autonomous operation with no necessity in an external power supply source, simplicity of plant operation, reduced volume, weight of plant, reduced energy consumption, higher quantity of collected raw materials.
