SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fish breeding, in particular, to enrichment of ponds with gnatworms that serve as a live fodder for fish. The electro-optic converter comprises a stand, a supply unit and a body. A control board and a sensor of ambient air temperature are installed in the body. A radiator is made on three RGB light diodes, coloration of radiation in which is controlled automatically depending on the measured air temperature. Independence of plant operation is achieved with the help of the control board with a microcontroller and the supply unit on the basis of the accumulator battery, which is charged during the day from a solar module, which is also used as a sensor of natural lighting level.

EFFECT: invention provides for higher efficiency of fish feeding with gnatworms.
