FIELD: insect controlling facilities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has microphone 8 with sensitive amplifier and threshold device comprising pulse lamp 11 with light filter 12, and permanent light source 13. Insect attracted by thermal radiation, point source light and pheromone flies to trap center. When insect gets into working zone, pulse lamp 11 delivers high-intensity light flash resulting in temporary paralyzing of insect and falling thereof on heated disk 9, which covers heating member. Microphone 8, pulse lamp 11 and device 5 for supporting chemical preparation serving as attractant are fixed in upper part of bar 4 at optimal height above disk 9. Permanent light, thermal radiation and attractive odor of chemical preparation are factors for attraction and following killing of flying insects, which disturb people and animals at predetermined time of day.
