SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Indenting 5-8 cm from ankle top osteotomy of fibula in oblique direction is carried out. At the distance 2-3 cm from ligaments of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis performed is osteotomy of tibia in oblique direction downwards to the middle of joint cartilage of distal metaphysis. Rotational bringing down of subjected to osteotomy bone fragment is performed with simultaneous reposition until congruence in ankle joint is created. Bone plasty of formed wedge-shaped gap on the place of tibia osteotomy is carried out. External ankle is elongated on zone of oblique osteotomy of fibula with formation and osteosynthesis of physiological ankle "fork" of talocrural joint.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of joint function, reduction of trauma and blood loss, reduction of operation time.
