FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbent hygienic articles. A multilayer absorbent product contains at least a first stretched layer made of a fluid-permeable material; at least a second layer made of a fluid-impermeable material. The product is longitudinally flexible so that a loading force making 400 g generates elongation of the product sample along a longitudinal axial line of the product making from approximately 7% to 14% of a reference length of the sample, and a degree of recovery of said sample after relieving said loading force makes 100%. The product has a modified round bend (MRB) rigidity making less than approximately 25 g. Said product has a thickness making less than approximately 1 mm. The product has an absorbing power making less than approximately 2 g.

EFFECT: what is designed is the absorbent product which "behaves" similarly to a piece of clothing whereto attached when in use that ensures higher comfort and assures that the product will stay firmly attached to the piece of clothing when in use.
