SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to infectious diseases, and can be used for treating acute herpetic stomatitis in children. That is ensured by oral administration of Reaferon EC-Lipint 250000 IU twice a day for 3 days with local application of a thin layer of Infagel ointment on affected oral mucosa twice a day for 5 days.
EFFECT: method enables reducing length of treatment and providing better therapeutic effect ensured by combined local and general antiviral and immunomodulating activities with no side effects.
