FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis using autoplasma enriched with platelets of the patient. Blood is taken from the patient’s vein in an amount of 7-10 ml in a test tube. Then the selected blood is centrifuged at a speed of 2000 to 3600 rpm, for 15 minutes. The mucous membrane in the affected area is treated with a 10% lidocaine solution, if necessary, injection anesthesia is administered. The resulting fibrin membrane is fixed in the area of aphthous lesion using an adhesive self-absorbable film ”Diplen” or a surgical suture. If necessary, it is possible to repeat the procedure no earlier than in 7-10 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the time of epithelization of the wound, protect the wound surface from the addition of secondary infection, reduce the intensity of pain syndrome, as well as increase the remission time.
