FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screening rocks and construction materials, crushing and sorting jobs, and screen sizing of construction materials. Proposed sizing screen comprises shells with grizzly bars arranged at an angle to drum axis and alternating in height to make grid drum, loading and unloading chutes and drive. Grid drum represents a multi-start screw grid cylindrical surface secured in ring shells made up of crosswise grizzly bar consisting of, at least, one coiled solid rod with round or polygonal cross section deformed to make alternating triangular or rectangular, or wavy ledges and recesses. Equal-pitch spiral lines are made all over the length of said screw grind cylindrical surface. Note here that lengthwise grizzle bars are fitted into said ledges or recesses and rigidly attached thereto. Said grizzle bars feature round or polygonal cross section and are pre-coiled along spiral lines of diameter of recesses of crosswise grizzly bar spiral coils.
