FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: unit comprises loading and unloading trays, bath with a liquid and a driving drum installed in it. The drum is made out of support rings, between them the cylindrical mesh surface is secured. The mesh surface is made out of deformed transverse bar with creation of the alternating shoulders and cavities of triangular form convoluted in cylindrical, spiral turns of specified shoulders diameter D and cavities diameter d, and with creation along the full length of the cylindrical mesh surface over these cavities of the helical lines with equal spacing S, where the longitudinal bars are installed. The longitudinal bars are convoluted along the spiral lines of cavities diameter d of the transverse bar with spacing S₁. A wave-like spring with flat section of turns is provided along the full length of the cylindrical mesh surface as well as a device to adjust the turns spacing by stretching or compression of the spring.

EFFECT: invention use ensures extension of the technological possibilities of the loose material washing unit.
