SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive antitheft devices. Proposed antitheft device comprises transmitter, receiver, actuator and transponder. Transmitter comprises master oscillator, modulation code generator, phase phase-shift modulator, power amplified, transceiver antenna, two high-frequency amplifiers, duplexer, phase detector, computer, two correlators, one of which incorporating multiplier, low-frequency filter, extreme controller, adjustable delay unit, two extra multipliers, range finer, azimuth indicator, receiving antenna, three narrow-band filters, two frequency meters, computing unit, registration unit, frequency double and frequency halver. Receiver 7 comprises receiving antenna 8, high-frequency amplifier 9, detector 10 with spectrum width metres 11 and 13, frequency double 12, comparator 14, threshold units 15 and 22, gate 16, frequency halver 17, narrow-band filter 18, phase detector 19, unipolar gate 20 and accumulator 21. Actuator unit 27 comprises ignition coil 24, key 23, relays 25 and 30, switches 26 and 36, ignition switch 28, storage battery 29, signaling lamps 31 - 34, sound signaliser 35, time delay unit 40 with transistor 41, stabiliser diode 44, capacitor 45 and resistors 42 and 43, extra capacitors 37 and 39, and thyristor 38. Transceiver comprises piezocrystal, microstrip antenna, electrodes, two buses and set of reflectors. Remote search and detection of stolen vehicle is based on the used of complex phase modulated signal.
