FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of tanks and may be used in petrochemical and oil processing industries. Tank water drain system comprises stationary vertical made up of perforate pipe with its stopped bottom face tightly attached to tank bottom and drain pipeline while perforated section passes through water receiving bowl of floating roof. Note here that vertical perforated part is encased in corrugated shell with its top branch pipe rigidly secured to the wall of aforesaid bowl while bottom branch pipe is rigidly secured to post, right below said perforations.
EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.
