SUBSTANCE: device for conversion of thermodynamic energy to electric energy includes piston/cylinder unit (16), generator (18) and controller (14). Piston/cylinder unit (16) includes pressure cylinder (24) and piston (26) located in pressure cylinder (24) and having the possibility of linear movement by changing the working medium volume. Generator (18) includes coil (22) and magnet (20). Magnet (20) is connected to piston (26) so that linear movement of piston (26) leads to linear movement of magnet (20) in coil (22). Controller (14) controls the stroke of the device depending at least on one measured parameter of the process.
EFFECT: simpler design, reduced cost of the device for electric energy generation and higher efficiency coefficient.
