FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of processing powder material in spouting bed with inert particles consists in that suitable-size particles are produced by grinding particles moving in spouting layer of the material and those of inert layer and separating finished product in separator. In two-step or multistep processing, powder material after processing in spouting layer 4 and separated in integrated dusty separator 7 from major particles flows out with gas flow made up of gas and material 15 from first spouting layer 4 into second spouting layer 4 located above for further grinding and conditioning. Then, after separation from major particles, it flow together gas flow in the form of powder material with minimum particle diameter to outlet of two-step processing in spouting layer while major particles are forced back into spouting layer 4 of second spouting chamber 8. Proposed device comprises spouting chamber with lateral walls inclined outward along gas flow fed from below. Top part of said chamber represents separation space. Note here that second spouting chamber 8 with integrated dust separator 9 is arranged above the first spouting chamber to make apparatus with spouting layer 1. Invention covers also the use of additional spouting layer chambers with integrated dust separators.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of dry fine powder.
