FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: drum drier consists of loading device, burner, cylindrical drum housing, electromechanical drive, system of gas cleaning and lifting vanes nozzle fitted in said housing and made up of peripheral radial vanes fitted with two blades arranged at different angles to vane root depending upon the angle of natural loose material slope, and made to the following parameters: β=2.95÷3.05 φ; α=3.25÷3.35 φ; b=2a=0.050÷0.075 D where β is the angle of larger vane inclination to vane root; α is the angle of smaller vane inclinator to vane root; φ is the angle of loose material natural slope; b is the width of larger vane; a is the width of smaller vane; D is diameter of drier diameter.

EFFECT: increased density and uniformity of material curtain on heat agent way, hence, intensified heat exchange and higher efficiency.
