FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: nanolayer is put into a layered structure which performs the function of a neutron wave resonator. A constant and an oscillating magnetic field are laid perpendicular to each other and the intensity of polarised neutrons reflected from the structure with the nanolayer is measured, where the neutron intensity is measured depending on the strength of the constant magnetic field and frequency of the oscillating magnetic field, and the spatial distribution of the amplitude of the oscillating magnetisation of the nanolayer is determined from the maximum neutron intensity values.
EFFECT: higher measuring sensitivity.
