FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for installation of cases containing spent fuel assemblies (SFA) to spent nuclear fuel storages and can be used at nuclear power plants or special mills for utilisation of SFA of nuclear reactors. Transmitting device includes housing with bottom in the form of shielding plug. The latter is equipped with traverse for its being fixed on hoisting mechanism and slots for orientation during its installation into storage seat. Device is equipped with a fork with projections for pickup of clamps, an opening for fork arrangement, horizontal and vertical fork movement mechanisms, a pin entering the fork hole with possibility of fixing the clamp at movement, and with slide bearings. Slots of shielding plug are vertical. Slide bearings are made in the form of sleeves.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the guiding process of the device to installation places of SFA cases due to orientation slots made on shielding plug.
