SUBSTANCE: requests through relay centres (RN(1,1…RN(n,N_n1), RNi) of resources for sending uplink traffic to a base station (BS) and/or downlink traffic to relay centres (RN(1,1)…RN(n,N_n), RNi) are calculated through a request centre for all communication lines until allocation and are sent as collective requests for all corresponding communication lines. If traffic, for which common channel accessing is required, relates to different classes of services, each collective request contains a concatenation of sets of separate collective requests, each relating to the traffic belonging to a different class of services.
