FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of coating substrates, comprising the following steps: a) substrate preparation, b) applying a composition on at least one side of the substrate, the composition containing inorganic compounds selected from a group comprising TiO2, Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, Y2O3, BC, SiC, Fe2O3, SiN, SiP, aluminosilicates, aluminium phosphates, zeolites, partially substituted zeolites or mixtures thereof, and an electroconductive compound selected from a group comprising metals, metal particles, metal alloys, metal alloy particles, electroconductive compounds containing carbon and mixtures thereof, c) drying the composition applied on step b), d) applying at least one coating on at least one side of the substrate on which the composition was applied at step b), where the coating contains 3-glycidyl oxypropyl triethoxysilane and/or 3-glycidyl oxypropyl trimethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, octyltriethoxysilane and/or hexadecyl trimethoxysilane, and 3-aminopropyl methoxysilane and/or 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and/or N-2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane and/or 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyl triethoxysilane as a second silane and particles of oxides selected from a group comprising oxides of Ti, Si, Zr, Al, Y, Sn, Zn, Ce or mixtures thereof, and an initiator, and e) drying the coating applied on step d), wherein the substrate at step a) under drying conditions at step c) and/or e) basically has thermal stability at temperature higher than 100°C. Said substrate with coating is used wall paper.
EFFECT: reliable screening from electromagnetic radiation, cheap production of the substrate, easy wall facing and low amount of substances for providing electromagnetic radiation screening.
