FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrode is in form of an electroconductive layer on a base (1) for solar batteries; the first step involves transferring from a carrier (7) to the base (1) a dispersion containing electroconductive particles by irradiating the dispersion with a laser (9); the second step involves drying and/or curing the dispersion transferred to the base (1) in order to form an electroconductive layer.
EFFECT: method of making electrodes for solar batteries according to the invention enables to form an electroconductive layer with a very thin structure, using a simple method without using large amounts of environmentally hazardous substances.
