SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacturing flexible, mainly mineral covering combined material, intended for manufacturing building materials, respectively for layering on building materials, as well as to technology required for it. Method of manufacturing flexible, mineral building material includes the following stages: 1) supply of base; 2) application of composition, containing at least one inorganic compound on at least one side of base and drying applied composition with further application of additional covering in accordance with stages 3) and 4), where 3) application of at least one organic polymer dispersion on at least one side of base, obtained at stage 2) and drying applied coating(s), or 4) application of at least one coating, containing mixture of silanes of the general formula (Z¹)Si(OR)₃, oxide particles, at least one polymer and one initiator, on at least one side of base and drying applied coating(s), and then 5) application of at least one organic water polymer dispersion on at least one side of base and drying applied coating(s).

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain flexible mineral building materials with improved properties.
