METHOD OF MANUFACTURE RING SUPPORT Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A45C1/00 

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sewing industry and can be used when designing a trouser nodule made for belt edge of men's or women's clothing. Method of manufacturing a support ring in the form of a base substrate, forming a loop of connecting ear, provides with a firmware with the belt edge of clothing with sutures tight console connection to secure a purse on the inside belt edge of jeans, pants, shorts or athletic clothing and/or underwear of the owner of the purse. At this seamless tape, braid, cord, binder, rope are manufactured in the form of a closed ring having in a cross section a cutting or circular form, is made by cutting from tissue in the form of a closed loop or ring endless material tape is formed. The said tape is dissected, at least, in opposite directions with identical and multi-directional seams at a temperature of 40-90°C with the width of 6-10 mm. Sealing of multilayered material of infinite packing canvas is made. Its firmware is made on equity edges on both sides of the tape. The planned layout of loop length (from 8 to 16 cm) by the formula 2π+6-8 mm is made, where for 3-4 mm the planned overlapping of the ring is carried out with subsequent cross-stitching with thread stitches and cutting out of processed ends of the ring, fixed with node bunch of stitches of thread. Symmetrical arrangement of the obtained ring blanks is carried out and their basic fastening to the waist edge of jeans, pants, shorts or athletic clothing and/or underwear of the owner of the purse. Directly the wallet or purses are attached to the said ring(s) with marine units, known in the everyday practice of knotting for a lasting hold of each purse on ring material support to hide the visual perception of purse shape under the clothes of a man.

EFFECT: provision of symmetrically arranged material rings with the possibility of fixing on them of purse loops, representing protection of cards and financial notes from theft by hackers.
