METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF PURSE WITH MULTIPLE PORTALS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A45C1/00 

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of a rectangular-shaped purse with multiple portals. For increase of the number of portals from 1 to 7 one performs simple or laser-assisted trimming of the purse portals 2; one performs the portals configuration with size increment value from 10 to 15 mm for each portal of the purse, the portal textile thickness selected from 0.1 - 0.3 mm; one tucks in the edge part of the portal boundary form (2) with the folding place dissected and pressed out; one ensures the track sewing with thread the colour tone whereof is identical to that of the purse base (1), the track spacing equal to 2-3 mm; crosswise positioned tribotechnical tapes (3 and 4) are individually glued and sewn to the edge parts of the purse minor rectangular portal (2) and the upper edge part of the purse base (1) with account for the purse folding lines (5) at the boundary of the purse first largest portal (2), on the reverse side of the purse base material (1), along the portal (2) boundary hem along the folding line (5), a 1-12 mm wide crosswise tape is attached; the stay hook is sewn with double laying of the 60 mm long stay hook (7) tape; along the purse central axis (8) one attaches tribotechnical tape (3) with the seams two-line stitching, the distance between the seams equal to 10-15 mm; one observes tonality matching of the purse textile thread colours; the position of the installed portals (2) is fixed with needles with eyes with further removal of such needles; long a rectangular-shaped perimetre, the purse form is contoured with tape that is sewn with a single line of thread; one performs the tape inner folding to a width equal to 10 mm, on the reverse side - no more than 5 mm; the woven stay hook (7) is positioned on a ring base support or sewn with thread to the waist hem of a man's or woman's trouser garment hiding the purse outline from visual perception; the purse portal (2) depth is selected from 155 to 70 mm, the portal (2) width reduced from 155 to 30 mm with proportional reduction of the clearance tape width from 15 to 7 mm; onto the reverse side of the purse base material one applies the manufacturer brand (8) in black or blue paint in a 1-2 mcm layer, the paint layer concerned maintained at a temperature of 125° for 2 minutes; the purse manufacture is completed with magnetic control of the trademark at the place of the purse base textile with fibres covering the marking receiving a directed flux of magnetic field at an angle of 52° for 12 minutes which enables the producer's name and the patent number being read solely at the said angle; the meridional breadth latitude angle corresponds to the sun rise angle on June 22 at the graphical place in the Samara Region.

EFFECT: invention relates to a method for manufacture of a purse to be secretly worn under the purse owner's clothes with ensures a certain level of security against malevolent persons.
