FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of interintestinal reservoir anastomosis after gastrectomy. Suturing of abducting and adducting bends of jejunum is performed on 5-7 cm. Esophagointestinal anastomosis is formed in abducting bend of jejunum by means of uninterrupted blanket suture. 15-20 cm long anastomosis is formed immediately near Treitz ligament at the distance 50 cm from formed anastomosis, between its abducting loop and jejunum. Obtained horse-shoe-shaped reservoir is fixed with three interrupted sutures to mesentery of small intestine.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of reflux-esophagitis development development, to reduce risk of anastomosis failure.
