SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to dentistry, and deals with treatment of inflammatory diseases of gum and parodentium. Method includes carrying out professional hygiene of oral cavity, peroral introduction of antibiotics of broad spectrum of action and additional during 14 days applications of Ascolong plates, which are carried out after carrying out hygiene of oral cavity. In case of gingivitis one plate is applied in area of affection on upper or lower jaws 1 time per day. In case of localised periodontitis - by one plate in affected area on upper or on lower jaws 2 times per day. In case of generalised periodontitis - by one plate in area of first premolars of upper jaw from both sides 2 times per day. In the end of treatment control medical examination with estimation of clinical condition of patient's oral cavity and results of Schiller-Pisarev tests. In case of clinical improvement and positive dynamics of Schiller-Pisarev tests treatment with Ascolong is stopped. In case of insufficient clinical effect and positive Schiller-Pisarev test replacement of antibioticis carried out taking into account sensitivity to it of oral micro flora and treatment with Ascolong is continued during 14 more days.
