SUBSTANCE: turundas with immobilized celecoxib preheated to a temperature of 38°C are introduced into the periodontal pockets for 15 minutes. At that, low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.85-0.95 mcm is applied, with a power of 2-4 W, frequency of 80-100 Hz, for two minutes. The course of treatment is 5 days.
EFFECT: pronounced therapeutic effect, shortened treatment time, achievement of persistent long-term remission due to improved microcirculation in periodontal tissues, improvement of tissue trophism, stimulation of damaged tissues regeneration.
