FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, psychotherapy of corrective and medical psychology, to physical, psychological and social rehabilitation of children after a thermal injury. With underlying conventional clinical and outpatient treatment, all periods of burn disease require prescribing making exercises authentically in an optional dance form wherein a part of observer is assigned to a parent, preferentially a mother, while a part of person in motion is assigned to a child in accordance with age, physical capacities and level of psychosomatic consequences of the thermal injury in three sequential stages. The first stage involves acquaintance, determination of rules, purposes and objects of the authentic motion, child preparation to the part of person in motion, parent preparation - to observer functions, creation of a therapeutic collaboration of a psychiatrist or a psychotherapist, a child and a parent; at the second stage, sessions of the authentic motion are conducted. The third stage includes sessions of the authentic motion domiciliary with session frequency and duration at all the stages being specified individually; each session involves analysis of previous sessions and creation of a 'tomorrow' scenario for preparation for clinical and outpatient procedures. At the second and third stages, the parent monitors unconscious sleeping motions of the child in a combination with medical control of performing the purposes by the parent and the child.
EFFECT: provided reduction of psycho-traumatic experience, recovery of a child's mental status, formation of psychological defence mechanisms, as well as ensured social rehabilitation.
