FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for decortication and separation of grain includes a horizontal double-disk seed huller with a conical hopper and a lower drive rotating on the shaft, and an aspirating device adjoining to the seed huller containing a separation chamber, a fan and a cyclone. The device also has a screenless pneumo oscillating separator, connected pneumatically to a cyclone. Inside the hopper along the central axis there is a cone valve with a screw mechanism for vertical movement. Placement of the drive on the shaft is made free with the possibility of lean of their axes. In the site of placement between the drive and the shaft a locking ring with non-parallel planes is set, the angle between them is less than 1 degree.

EFFECT: uniform loading dosage of seed huller is provided, as well as improved effectiveness of decortication of grain of inhomogeneous size and degree of peeling of the final product from the membranes and films.
