FIELD: fodder cereals production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for the manufacture of fodder cereals by crushing grain with the separation of the husk. The crushing and hulling machine contains a crushing chamber, a rotor with hammers and a drive located in it, which has an electric motor with a transmission, a cylindrical sieve, an aspiration channel with a fan, a cyclone for flour and shell particles, an outlet for cereals. In this case, the crushing chamber is installed obliquely at an angle to the horizon, and the conical chamber of the grain peeler is adjacent to it along the rotor axis before crushing it. The conical chamber of the grain dehumidifier is coupled with the grain hopper and has inside a roller fixed at the threaded end of the rotor shaft, fixed by a locknut, with a smaller taper of the outer surface in comparison with the taper of the dehumidifier chamber with the formation of an adjustable gap between them, depending on the size of the crushed grain. Moreover, the first of the suction nozzles of the fan of the aspiration channel is connected to the crushing chamber in the zone of grain input into it after peeling, and the second one is connected to the barred space in the lower part of it. Both nozzles are equipped with dampers that ensure the air flow rate at the suction into the first nozzle is greater than the hovering rate of the husk particles, but less than the hovering rate of the grain core, and in the second, more than the hovering speed of the pulverized particles of crushing the kernel, but less than the hovering speed of the forage cereals.

EFFECT: ensures the production of cereals, devoid of sharp shell particles, for feeding young animals and poultry.
