FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: insert of intermediate rail brace comprises a base from a polymer material with a hole for a fastening element. The base is made with a ledge, support surfaces for ends of spring terminal branches, support-guiding surfaces for them formed by side walls, limiters of fastening element tightening and a retaining wall. The ledge is made for fixation in a groove of a metal pad. The retaining wall is made as capable of interaction with the metal pad flange. Ends of side walls are made as curvilinear. Side walls are made of alternate height. The ledge for fixation in the metal pad hole in the section is made as rectangular. The hole for the fastening element is provided in the ledge.

EFFECT: making it possible to ensure a single proper location of the spring terminal and to monitor correctness of its assembly.
