SUBSTANCE: device comprises a staged casing with expansions on top with a central channel, coupling and nipple ends for connection to the well equipment and longitudinal grooves, in which rollers are installed evenly along the circumference and in staged manner on axes that are perpendicular to the axis of the casing, as capable of rotation and limited radial displacement fixed in a separator, which in transport position rests against the lower support of the casing and is arranged as capable of limited longitudinal displacement upwards relative to the casing and a rolling head connected on top with the casing as capable of rotary movement. The lower support of the casing is arranged in the form of a cylinder made as capable of longitudinal limited displacement upwards relative to the casing, the circular expansion of which is made in the form of a piston installed in the cylinder. The inner space between the piston and the cylinder is communicated with the central channel of the casing, the upper part of which is equipped along the perimetre with evenly installed discs as capable of inclination, a sliding rolling head at the bottom is equipped with a hollow bushing with internal curvilinear closed slots of the specified configuration displaced relative to each other. The separator is made as spring-loaded at the bottom relative to the hollow bush of the rolling head.
