SUBSTANCE: power plant includes nozzle with air outlet restricted with rear edge. End part of the nozzle includes two cut-outs each of which corresponds to one preferred direction of acoustic radiation and which are separated with projecting parts having the possibility of restricting the acoustic radiation. Cut-outs are offset upwards relative to middle horizontal plane. According to the other version of the design, power plant includes the engine activating the fan and nozzle on one side and a nacelle on the other one. Nacelle includes rear edge at the outlet in the air flow direction, which restricts the air outlet. End part of the nacelle includes two cut-outs each of which corresponds to one preferred direction of acoustic radiation and which are separated with projecting parts having the possibility of restricting the acoustic radiation. Cut-outs are offset upwards relative to middle horizontal plane. The other invention of the group refers to aircraft containing at least one above described power plant.
EFFECT: inventions allow reducing the noise level from power plant in the direction of the Earth.
