FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed article comprises polymer composite friction element secured on metal carcass by means of adhesive layer. Carcass surface is preprocessed by metal sand at shot blast unit and coated with a layer of adhesive polymer composition. Application of metal sand with silicon content of 12-22% and particle size of 0.3-0.8 mm increases roughness of carcass surface.
EFFECT: ruling out polymer composite friction element in operation peeling off.
